Promenad + joggning med zack = 1000 kalorier ! Två timmar! Nu dags för mat, sen laga George mat låda och om en timme är det dags att ta sig till jobbet!

You know you have lived in Sweden too long when:

1. When a stranger on the street smiles at you, you assume:
a: he is drunk
b: he is insane
c: he's an American
d: he's all of the above

2. A friend asks about your holiday plans and you answer "Oh, I'm going to Europe!" meaning any other Western European countries outside the Nordic region.

3. You see a student taking a front row seat on the bus and wonder "Who does he think he is?"

4. Silence is fun.

5. Your coffee consumption exceeds 6 cups a day and coffee is too weak if there is less than 10 scoops per pot.

6. The first thing you do upon entering a bank/post office/chemist etc. is to look for the queue number machine.

7. You accept that you have to queue to take a queue number.

8. The reason you take the ferry to Finland is:
a: duty free vodka
b: duty free beer
c: to party hearty...no need to get off the boat in Helsinki, just turn around and do it again on the way back to Sweden.

Because if you do get sick on a weekend you have a hard time getting to see a doctor and you've wasted a weekend. It's much better to be sick on a Monday so you can call in sick. That way you can extend your weekend!

61. You stop thinking you're being yelled at every time you hear "Hey!"

63. You either run for the last pendeltåg at 1 am or choose to party on until 5 am when they start again rather than endure the horrific night bus home, as a taxi ride would require taking out a 2nd mortgage.

Träningsfreak

Tillbaka på Friskis, mins vader i morse när jag klev upp den sängen för att ta mig in på toan.. Abooow!! Dom gjorde ont!!! Hahaha, så himla härlig känsla. Träningsvärk. Finns det nåt bättre? Tror fan inte det ;) nu ligger jag på mage med benen så högt upp från marken och "springer". Har precis gjort sitsup både vanliga och för sido musklerna, 10 min jogg och 10 min cross. Har även gjort 40 st av kissande hunden på varje ben och "spark ut och upp" - båda rumpövningar. Försöker fylla ut baken lite till. Ska va lite större helt enkelt :) snart blir det mer mag träningar innan jag går på bandet igen :) sen blir det av till jobbet och slunga åtta timmar, där står man inte precis heller.. Hundra hur mycket kalorier man gör av med där?? Hmm..

Precis köpt och ätit mina första acai bär!!!

Acai är kanske den mest näringsrika av superfrukter vilket flera olika studier också visat. Du får mer energi i kropp och hjärna och lättare att fokusera i en allt stressigare vardag med hjälp av acai. Acai innehåller många vitaminer, mineraler och nödvändiga nyttiga fettsyror. Acai innehåller Vitamin B1 (Tiamin), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Niacin), Vitamin C, Vitamin E (Tocopherol), järn, kalium, magnesium, fosfor och kalcium.

Utöver detta innehåller Acai hälsosamma Omega 6 och Omega 9 fettsyror, aminosyror och är en utmärkt källa för kvalitativt protein. Oleic (Omega 9) är en enkelomättad nödvändig fettsyra som sänker halten av dåligt kolesterol och underhåller halten av fördelaktigt kolesterol. Linoleic (Omega 6) är en fleromättad nödvändig fettsyra som har samma funktion som Omega 9. Mycket av energin i Acai kommer från dessa nyttiga fettsyror som förbättrar blodcirkulationen.

Acai är rikt på fiber som hjälper matsmältningen. Större delen av kolhydratintaget vid konsumtion av Acai är fiber. Acai innehåller också många värdefulla fytosteroler. Steroler är kemiska föreningar av växtcellmembran som har flera goda effekter för människokroppen, bland annat reduktion av blodplasma-kolesterol.

Jämfört med andra frukter och juicer är innehållet i Acai extremt. Men det som verkligen gör Acai speciellt är halten av antioxidanter. Acai innehåller mellan 3-6 gånger så mycket antioxidanter som blåbär och 30 gånger mer antocyanin än ett glass rött vin. Om man jämför Acai med juiceprodukter från Mangosten har Acai 6 gånger mer antioxidanter.
